Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact for hygiene-related products.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
